Return Process

  Contact our support team to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.

  Pack Securely

  Place the item in its original manufacturer packaging, including all manuals, cables, and accessories, inside a separate shipping box.

  Ship Item

  Affix the return label and ship the package using a trackable service. We recommend insuring the shipment for its full value.

  Inspection & Refund

  Once our technicians verify the equipment's condition, your refund or exchange will be processed within 3-5 business days.
